If I’m Being Honest Kaitlyn Bristowe If I’m being honest I am just trying to figure things out as I go, my only child is heading to College in Boston in a month or so, leaving me home with her cat, Casper. I changed jobs after 10 years, my Dad was recently diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and some days doesn’t know who I am….my uncle, who is like a second Dad, he is my mom's twin and Dads best friend, has been diagnosed with stage 4 liver cancer, my mom is losing both of her best friends and struggling to be present for them, my siblings all have moved far from home- Virginia and Florida respectively, I have somehow become the go to person on both sides of my family since my Nan and Gram passed and oh yeah and I’m going to turn 50 in a few months! So, with all that going on I decided it was time to go back to things I enjoy, and blogging is one of them!
